Adobe’s touch information display

At Adobe’s Customer Experience Centre in San Jose, we designed and developed an interactive Digital Information Display that delivered personalized, real-time content to visitors. As users approached the display, IoT Smart Badges identified their company affiliation. This triggered tailored content powered by Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, dynamically adapting to each visitor’s industry, role, and interests—creating a highly relevant and engaging experience.

Key Features:

  • Real-time content adaptation based on visitor profiles.

  • Integration with Adobe's suite of tools for content management and analytics.

  • User-friendly interface with intuitive navigation and interactive elements.

Impact:

  • Enhanced visitor engagement through personalized experiences.

  • Demonstrated Adobe's capabilities in delivering tailored content solutions.

  • Provided valuable insights into visitor interests and behaviors for continuous improvement.
